Site prep of a 34 acre site for a manufacturing plant. Work included installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, 4,600LF of storm drain, installation of storm water filtration system, blasting and excavation of approximately 100,000 CY of rock, fine grade of building pad.

Site grading and utility work on the 85-acre site for Caesars Entertainment and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians located on the former site of Dan River Mills’ Schoolfield Division. The site work consists of roughly 450,000 yds of dirt to be moved and 4.5 miles of storm drain, waterline, and sewer to be laid. Caesars Virginia will Include a casino, hotel and entertainment center.  The casino will feature 1,300 slot machines, 85 table games, a poker room and a sportsbook. The hotel will have 500 guest rooms with meeting rooms and a conference center. The entertainment center will have a 2,500-seat capacity.

Rt. 29 bridge replacement consists of redirecting North bound traffic to the South bound lane and replace the existing bridge by demolition down to the pier caps. The bridge will then be rebuilt and North bound traffic returned to normal.

Full Site preparation that included clearing, grading, moving approximately 800,000 CY of dirt, installing utilities and fine grading for building pads, roads, and athletic fields.

Early Grading Package of a 60 acre site to be used for a future Manufacturing Plant. Project consisted of clearing and grubbing, installation and maintenance of all erosion control measures, Access Road construction and paving, installation of 12,760LF of storm drain, 468,000CY mass excavation, and final site stabilization.
