The project upgrades the Hwy 58 intersection at the Bishop Site, including turn-lane and crossover improvements near Hayes Mill Road and Ridge Road. Work covers about 2,800 feet of roadway and includes pavement demolition, widening, resurfacing, and intersection reconfiguration. Additional tasks involve drainage and ditch improvements, clearing, grading, asphalt paving, guardrail, erosion control, signage, pavement markings, and all work required for project completion.
