This project consisted of the demolition and reconstruction of the north and south bound bridges on I-81 at exit 114 over Route 8, the mainline of I-81 realigned, the exit 114 ramps adjusted adding two lanes to turn onto I-81 southbound off ramp Route 8 as well as a grade change at the approaches to the bridges
